What we collect

Account details (name, email via Google sign-in, phone number you provide for listings), listing content and photos, verification documents you submit, and usage analytics (page views, shares, contact clicks) used to run referral rewards and improve the product.

What is public

Active listings — including photos, price, area, landmark description, and the contact phone number you choose to display — are public and shareable. Verification documents are never public; only our review team can access them.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share verification documents with third parties except where required by law.

Data deletion

Email support@betedirect.com to delete your account and associated data.
