BeteDirect is a listings and discovery platform connecting property owners directly with buyers in Ethiopia. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Listings

Only property owners (or their legally authorized representatives) may post listings. You confirm that the information and photos you post are accurate and belong to you. Listings may be reviewed, ranked, or removed as part of our verification and anti-fraud processes.

2. Transactions

BeteDirect does not process property transactions, hold funds, or act as a broker. All negotiations, viewings, document checks, and payments happen directly between buyer and seller. Always verify title documents and never send money before signing a contract.

3. Verification

The "Owner-verified" badge means our team reviewed identity and ownership documents submitted by the poster. It is a good-faith review, not a legal guarantee of title. Buyers must perform their own due diligence.

4. Acceptable use

Fake listings, recycled photos, misrepresentation, and harassment lead to removal and account bans.
